Document review
A practical review for vague scope, missing interfaces, contradictory requirements and clauses that cannot be priced with confidence. Findings are explained plainly and prioritised by their likely effect on tendering and delivery.

We review the drawings, schedules, surveys, reports and existing project information, then separate fixed requirements from matters that still need a decision.
Genuine gaps and conflicts are recorded for the project team. The finished specification is checked against the source information so it reads as one working document, not a collection of disconnected instructions.
