The website explains the developing SpecWorks clause library and specification services. Its content is general information, not project-specific design, legal, contractual or regulatory advice.

Website extracts may be shortened, reformatted or omit project-selection information. They must not be treated as complete clauses for a live project without competent review, appropriate adaptation and verification against current project requirements, legislation, standards and manufacturer information.
Professional responsibility
The person preparing or approving a project specification remains responsible for selecting suitable requirements, resolving project-specific decisions and coordinating the finished information with drawings, schedules and other contract documents.
